General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the krikey platform and the user. By using the krikeybet.cam website and its associated mobile applications, you are considered to have accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are asked not to use this platform.

krikey reserves the right to update these Terms at any time to maintain service standards and protect users. The effective date of each revision will be clearly noted on this page. Users are advised to read this page regularly.

Account Registration

Creating a personal account is required to use services on the krikey platform. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or operating an account while concealing your identity is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in permanent closure of the accounts involved and forfeiture of any balance held in them.

2.2 Identity Verification

For security purposes, krikey may request identity verification from a user at any time. This may require submitting a national identity card or another government-approved identity document. Until verification is complete, withdrawals and certain services may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login details (username and password) confidential. Any suspected unauthorised access to the account must be reported to the krikey support team immediately. The user bears full responsibility for any loss resulting from sharing account details with others.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• Avoid clicking links in phishing or fraudulent messages.

Age and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to create an account on krikey and participate in any betting or casino activity. Minors creating or using an account is strictly prohibited.

If any adult creates or operates an account on behalf of a minor, that account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited. krikey's decision on this matter will be considered final.

In addition, anyone residing in or accessing the platform from a country or region where online gaming or betting is illegal is not considered eligible to use this platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Financial transactions on the krikey platform can be completed via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Payments through any method other than these are not accepted.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, this time may increase if identity verification or other security checks are required.

4.3 Account Ownership

The mobile banking account used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in the name of the account holder. Transactions through third-party accounts are not permitted. Violating this rule may result in cancellation of the transaction and suspension of the account.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any transaction is suspected to be fraudulent or made with dishonest intent, krikey reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, cancel that transaction. If a user initiates a chargeback or similar dispute claim, their account may be suspended immediately.

Bonuses and Promotions

krikey runs various bonuses and promotional offers for users from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated in the relevant offer description.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is not free money — it is a conditional benefit.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device may result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• Attempting to withdraw after accepting a bonus without meeting the requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• krikey reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The contribution rate of slots, casino and betting games towards wagering requirements may vary — this will be stated in the terms of each offer.

Betting Rules

Cricket, football and other sports can be bet on at krikey. The following conditions apply before a bet is accepted:

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is fully confirmed only when a confirmation message is received from the system. krikey reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical issues or errors in odds display. Bets placed at odds with a clear error will be considered void.

6.2 Match Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a match is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, bets placed on that match will be settled according to krikey's standard rules. Generally, if a match is not completed the bet is cancelled and the stake is returned.

6.3 Live Betting

In live or in-play betting, there may occasionally be a brief delay in bet acceptance. Odds changing during this period is normal and expected, and bets will be confirmed at the accepted new odds.

6.4 Multi Bets

Multiple selections can be combined into a multi bet. However, bets cannot be placed on two opposing outcomes of the same event.

Casino and Gaming

Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and various table games are available at krikey. These games are operated by third-party software providers such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and JILI.

7.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

The results of slots and other digital casino games are determined by a certified RNG process, which is entirely random and not predetermined. The RTP (Return to Player) rate of a game is published by the game provider.

7.2 Game Errors

Any incorrect winnings displayed due to a technical error in a game are not valid. In such situations the relevant round will be cancelled and the bet amount will be returned. The software provider's decision in this matter will be considered final.

7.3 Game Restrictions

krikey reserves the right to temporarily or permanently disable any game or game category at any time. Certain games may not be available in specific regions at the direction of the game provider.

Account Closure and Suspension

krikey may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Involvement in fraudulent activity
• Misuse of bonuses
• Account being hacked or subject to unauthorised access

If an account is closed, any legitimate balance remaining after a full investigation will be returned. However, krikey reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with fraudulent activity.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team.

Data Protection and Privacy

krikey is committed to protecting the personal information of its users. All data collected during registration and use of the platform is secured through SSL encryption. Full details of how personal information is collected, stored and used are provided in our Privacy Policy.

Responsible Gaming

After a complaint is submitted, krikey will review it within a reasonable time and communicate its decision. Creating an account on this platform is subject to accepting krikey's decision as final.
