krikey VIP — Weekly Cashback and Special Benefits Program
krikey's VIP program is built for regular players — across five tiers, benefits grow from cashback to priority service at every step.
krikey's VIP program has five distinct tiers. The weekly cashback rate increases at each tier and members receive more benefits as they progress. Each tier is briefly described below:
The cashback rate indicates the maximum you can receive in that week. The actual amount depends on your net loss for the week — details are given in the section below.
At the end of each week, krikey calculates your net loss — that is, your total losses minus your total winnings. A set percentage of that net loss is returned to you as cashback, based on your VIP tier.
Cashback is added directly to your account and can be withdrawn or used in your next game. The process is fully automatic — no separate request is needed.
Note that cashback is only given against a net loss. If your winnings exceed your losses in any given week, cashback does not apply for that week.
Example: Cashback Calculation for a Gold Member
A Gold member's net loss for one week is ৳20,000.
Gold tier cashback rate: up to 0.7%
Calculation: ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback
This is the maximum cashback available at the Gold tier for that week.
Moving up the tiers in the krikey VIP program is straightforward. There is no specific deposit amount or turnover requirement — staying regularly active is what matters.
-
After creating an account, all members generally start at the Bronze level. New members can log in on the krikey Login page to check their VIP status.
-
Tiers are upgraded based on consistency of play and overall activity. The longer you play regularly, the greater the chance of moving to the next tier sooner.
-
When you reach each new tier, krikey automatically applies the new cashback rate — no separate request is required.
-
Once members reach the Diamond level, they can enjoy the platform's highest benefits and receive up to 1.2% cashback per week.
Alongside cashback, krikey VIP members receive a number of additional benefits. These are briefly outlined below.
Fast Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests from higher-tier members are generally processed on a priority basis. Transfers to bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically completed within 5–30 minutes.
Special Occasion Offers
VIP members receive additional offers on special occasions that are not available to general members. These are communicated directly to their accounts.
Priority Support
krikey's 24/7 live chat and email support is available in Bengali and English. Higher-tier members receive extra attention when contacting support.
Exclusive Promotions
Separate promotional offers may be available for each tier. Diamond-level members receive the widest variety of offers.
The VIP program is especially suited for those who enjoy playing slot games, as regular slot play can lead to moving up to higher tiers faster and earning weekly cashback.
